Elena Gallegos, the best place for a portrait session | Albuquerque Photographers Kat Oswald Photography

Elena Gallegos is quite a popular location - if not the best location -  for family portraits in Albuquerque.  Common for hikers, joggers, and mountain bike enthusiasts, it is a well known gem in Albuquerque.  It's a great spot to capture beautiful sunsets overlooking downtown Albuquerque, the foothills including cacti and other gorgeous native plants, and of course the stunning Sandia mountains.  There is plenty of parking, several trials (even a paved trail for wheelchairs and/or strollers), and breathtaking views that honestly represent New Mexico.
